The Application for Grants for English/Japanese Proficiency Tests (Phase II), The google form will be available on June 20 (Mon.).

【Time】June 20 (Mon.) to June 30 (Thu.)

【Eligibility Criteria】Students who have completed English/Japanese proficiency tests during their studies at NTUST and are going to graduate this semester (Fall 2022)

【How to Apply】Online Google form

【Information and documents required in the online application form】

(1) Complete the Google form online.

(2) Upload a photocopy of the test report or certificate (applicants using the test results of a TOEIC test need to make sure that the QR code on the test report in the uploaded file is clear and complete).

(3) Upload a photocopy of the certification of study from the NTUST online student information system.

(4) Upload a photocopy of the front cover of the applicant's post-office passbook.

(5) Upload a photocopy of the applicant's post-office savings account numbers from the NTUST online student information system.
