【Important Notice】Application for Grants for English / Japanese Proficiency Tests (II),Fall 2025(deadline will be 5 pm on December 12)
Students who pass English /Japanese proficiency tests during school years(starting from the August of the first school year)are qualified.

Each level of grants is subject to a single application only.

1.Application time: November 24, 2025 to 5pm on December 12, 2025 

2.How to apply:

The process of application will and needs to be completed ONLINE.

Complete the application form and upload the required documents during the designated period of time. The information and files will be reviewed by the Language Center.   

***If there are any issues with your documents, we will contact you via email after Week 16. Please make sure your email is active.***

3. Information and documents required in the online application form:

(1) Complete the Google form online.

(2) Upload a photocopy of the test report or certificate (applicants using the test results of a TOEIC test need to make sure that the QR code on the test report in the uploaded file is clear and complete).

(3) Upload a photocopy of the certification of study from the NTUST online student information system.

(4) Upload a photocopy of the front cover of the applicant's post-office passbook.

(5) Upload a photocopy of the applicant's post-office savings account numbers from the NTUST online student information system.

We would like to remind you once again that the implementation of English and Japanese language awards at National Taiwan University of Science and Technology's Language Center will be primarily based on the latest regulations and announcements. Please note that only students with a proficiency level of B2 or above are eligible to apply for the English language award.
