Important Reminders for Freshmen (Exemption Applicants):

• Action Required: Freshmen who applied for the Phase 1 exemption must visit the Language Center (Room IB-207) to complete the review process within the first two weeks of the semester (from Monday, September 7, 2026, to 17:00 on Friday, September 18, 2026).

• Required Documents: Please bring both the original and a photocopy of your official English proficiency test score report (or certificate).

• ⚠️ Note: Failure to complete this review process will result in the inability to register your fulfillment of the Graduation Requirement of English Competence and apply for course exemptions (note: students granted an exemption must take other courses to fulfill their graduation credit requirements).
