【Important Notice】115-1-1 Application Announcement for Course Credit Transfer/Waiver, Graduation Requirement of English Competence, Course Modules Application.

Application and Verification Periods for the 1st Semester of the 115th Academic Year:

First Period: Monday, September 7, 2026, to Friday, September 18, 2026, by 17:00.
Second Period: Monday, December 21, 2026, to Thursday, December 31, 2026, by 17:00. Late applications will not be accepted.

Eligible Applicants: Four-year undergraduate students of the university.

Application Steps:

Step 1: Fill out the form. Please review the instructions in each section before filling out the forms.
- Graduation Requirement of English Competence
- English Course Modules
Step 2: Prepare required documents for physical verification.
- Original English proficiency test score report (or certificate)
- Photocopy of English proficiency test score report (or certificate)
- Official university transcript (latest version)
- Hard copy of the application form (required for the Old System course application only)
Step 3: Complete verification. Go to the Language Center (Room IB-207, International Building) for verification within the designated application periods.
