1. The duration is from June 25 (Mon.) to July 6 (Fri.), 2018. (Late application is NOT accepted.)

 2. All undergraduate students can apply for course credit waivers.

 3. The process of the application is divided into TWO steps as follows:

【Step 2】Go to the office of the Language Center (IB-207) with the following documents:

            (1) The application form - Please refer to Attachment at below.

            (2) An official test report or certificate issued within two years and a photocopy of it (The official test report or certificate will be returned after reviewing.)

            (3) A transcript of previous academic years in Chinese (Please print it at 1F, Administration Building)

 4. Attachment:

    (1) Application Form for Students Enrolling from Academic Year 2010 to 2013 (Word) (ODF)

    (2) Application Form for Students Enrolling from Academic Year 2014 to 2015 (Word) (ODF)

    (3) Application Form for Students Enrolling from Academic Year 2016 to 2017 (Word) (ODF)

 Note:

 1. The applicant whose application is NOT accepted will be informed via e-mail. Please do check e-mail after submission.

 2. If the submitted test report or certificate is counterfeit, the application will be cancelled. The follow-up administrative process will be based on the regulations of National Taiwan University of Science and Technology General Academic Regulations.
