【Impotant Notice】Application for Waiving English Courses,Autumn  2023

1. Application period is from Sep. 4,2023 (Mon) to Sep. 15,2023(Fri).*Application after the deadline is NOT accepted.

2. All four-year undergraduate students at NTUST are eligible applicants.

 1.Follow these steps to apply:Waiving English Courses

【Step 1】Fill out this online: https://forms.gle/QCCgjsrFbE8E8Ggw7  

【Step 2】Bring these following documents to the Language Center:

(1) An application form (see the attachment)

(2) An original copy of the grade report/certificate of your English test (taken within two years after entering the university)

(3) A photocopy of the grade report/certificate of your English test (taken within two years after entering the university)

(4) An academic transcript from the university (The academic transcript can be collected at the Automatic Pay Station on the first floor of the Administration Building.)

 2. Follow these steps to apply:WaivingEnglish Proficiency Test

【Step 2】:Bring these following documents to the Language Center:

(1) An original copy  of the grade report/certificate of your English test (taken within two years after enrolling in the university)

(2) A photocopy of the grade report/certificate of your English test (taken within two years after enrolling in the university)

(3)An academic transcript from the university ( The academic transcript can be collected at the Automatic Pay Station on the first floor of the Administration Building.)

3."Application for Course Modules (Starting from Academic Year 111) New Students"

【Step 1】Please visit: https://forms.gle/xR11a1ZiCpGVSL9q6 to complete the online registration form.

【Step 2】Submit the following three attachments to the Language Center for processing:

(1) Original copy of the English proficiency test score report (or certificate) to be returned after verification.
(2) Photocopy of the English proficiency test score report (or certificate) must match the original.
(3) University transcripts of academic records from all previous years (available for printing on the 1st floor of the Administration Building).

● The Language Center will contact you via email or cell phone if you don’t meet the criteria. Please check your email and cell phone.

● Should fraudulent documents be found, the applicant cannot waive any courses and is subject to the penalties for violating school rules.
