The Second Phase of the Higher Education SPROUT Project promotes support for international students' learning, encouraging students to obtain the Test of Chinese as a Foreign Language (TOCFL) certification at level B1 or above. This aims to strengthen the Chinese language abilities required for living in Taiwan and continuing to stay in Taiwan after graduation. Therefore, this TOCFL subsidy program is explicitly established by the Language Center.

🔺Application Requirements：Registered for and obtained to get the scores of TOCFL, regardless of your score.

🔺Eligible Applicants：All registered international students (Students whose student ID begins with B/M/D. Exchange students not included in the eligible applicants) in NTUST

🔺Available Test Dates：All official test sessions of the Test of Chinese as a Foreign Language (TOCFL) in 2024

🔺Amounts of Subsidy：Maximum NTD 2,000 for the Listening & Reading test ; Maximum NTD 1,400 for the Speaking test and the Writing test.

🔺Application Time：September 2nd, 2024 (Mon.) ~ December 4th, 2024 (Wed.)

🔺How to apply：Fill out the Subsidy Application Form by December 4th. (Wed.) (inclusive). The list of subsidy recipients will be announced on the Language Center's official website on December 6th (Fri.).
