1. Application Period: From August 1 (Thurs) to August 9 (Fri). Late applications will NOT be accepted.。

2. Freshmen or transfer students enrolled in the 108 academic year are eligible to apply. (Students through admission by registration and placement are scheduled to apply in phase II from August 12 to August 18).

3. Follow these steps to apply:

• Step 1: Fill out this online form: https://forms.gle/bNaZtqzrt9ToTtuGA
• Step 2: Bring the original copy and a photocopy of the score report/certificate of the English test (the test must be an official public test with a test-taker's photo and/or QR code for verification), the test date of which must be within two years, to the Language Center for secondary review between September 9 (Mon) and September 20 (Fri).
  (Applicants who fail to complete the application review process are regarded as being absent from the Freshman English Placement Test.)

Note: The students who have hot taken the test, those who have not applied for the exemption, or those who have applied but failed the review within the prescribed periods cannot waive any English courses and must take a total of 12 credits in English courses (8 credits in required Freshman English and 4 credits in elective English courses).

4. Initial results of the online application will be posted on the website of the Language Center at 4:00 pm on August 15 (Thurs).
