【Important Notice】 1nd Application for the completion of NTUST English Proficiency Test, Fall 2021
Dear students:
Due to recent pandemic regulations, the second application for the completion of NTUST English Proficiency Test is to be done completely ONLINE. The process is detailed as follows:
1. Application Period: 09/22/2021 (Wed.) to 10/05/2021 (Tue.)
2. Eligibility: All four-year undergraduate students at NTUST are eligible applicants.
3. Application Process:
(1) Complete the application form at https://forms.gle/sPGggL696E43xKRw8
(2) Fill up the form and upload the required supporting documents during the application period.
4. Complete the Google form online with the following documents:
(1) An official test report or certificate is to be uploaded as a PDF file. The date of the report or certificate must be within two years of this application to be considered valid. (Applicants using the test results of a TOEIC test need to make sure that the QR code on the test report in the uploaded file is clear.)
(2) A screenshot of the required and elective courses information on the NTUST online student information system
Steps: Go to the student information system ->courses information -> student required courses -> search -> a screenshot that contains required and elective English courses with FE codes. You can see the example below. The screenshot must include your name and student ID clearly. If you fail to include that information, the application will be considered to be incomplete. Please upload it as a PDF file.

6. If you want to apply for waivers of English courses, please refer to the announcement for Waiving English Courses
7. Next application period is the first and the second week of the new semester.
Important Notes:
1. The Language Center will contact you via email or cell phone should you fail the review. So please check your email and cell phone.
2. Should fraudulent documents be found, the applicant cannot waive any courses and is subject to penalties for violating school rules.
