【Step 2】Bring these following documents to the Language Center:

1. An application form (see the attachment)

2. An original copy of the grade report/certificate of your English test (taken within two years after entering the university)

3. A photocopy of the grade report/certificate of your English test (taken within two years after entering the university)

4. An academic transcript from the university (The academic transcript can be collected at the Automatic Pay Station on the first floor of the Administration Building.)

【Step 2】:Bring these following documents to the Language Center:

1. An original copy  of the grade report/certificate of your English test (taken within two years after enrolling in the university)

2. A photocopy of the grade report/certificate of your English test (taken within two years after enrolling in the university)

3.An academic transcript from the university (The academic transcript can be collected at the Automatic Pay Station on the first floor of the Administration Building.)

 3. 3. Follow these steps to apply:   Module Enrollment (Starting from the 111th Academic Year) for New Students

Step 1: Please fill out the online: https://forms.gle/N35A4VU2ESbAmW9M8 registration form.

Step 2: Submit the following three attachments to the Language Center:

1. An original copy  of the grade report/certificate of your English test.

2. A photocopy of the grade report/certificate of your English test.

3.An academic transcript from the university (The academic transcript can be collected at the Automatic Pay Station on the first floor of the Administration Building.)

● The next application period: 12/16/2024 – 12/27/2024

● The Language Center will contact you via email or cell phone if you don’t meet the criteria. Please check your email and cell phone.

● Should fraudulent documents be found, the applicant cannot waive any courses and is subject to the penalties for violating school rules.
