Dear NTUST Students,

Language Center is looking for enthusiastic Summer English TA and Summer Calculus English TA to join our team! If you are interested and meet the criteria below, we would love to have you on board.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Current NTUST students (both undergraduate or graduate students are welcome).

• English proficiency with a TOEIC score of 785 or above (or equivalent proof of proficiency), and good communication skills.

• Outgoing, friendly, and love talking to people!

What the Job Entails:

• Online Training: A 1-hour online training session in July.

• Work Period: August 21 to September 1. You will assist as a TA for our Online Summer EMI Academic English Preparatory Program or as an English Calculus Vocabulary TA.

• Hours & Pay: Around 16 hours in total (including training, preparation, and class time) at a rate of NT$265 per hour, paid based on actual hours worked.

What to Prepare:

• A 1-page resume (in either English or Chinese) along with proof of your English proficiency.

• For Calculus TA applicants: Please also attach proof of having taken Calculus or related courses (such as a transcript).

Important Note for International Students:

• Taxes will be withheld from your pay according to Taiwan's regulations.

• You will need to provide copies of your ARC and a Work Permit that remains valid until at least September 30.
