Full-time Contract-based Instructor Wanted (Spring, 2023)
Qualifications
- M.A. or Ph.D. in Applied Linguistics, TESOL, Linguistics, Literature or Education (specialized in ESP & EAP)
- Extensive experience in ESL/EFL/EMI teaching and/or research, and administrative tasks preferred
- Native or near native English proficiency preferred
Duties
- Teaching Freshmen English and ESP/EAP courses
- Teaching winter/summer intensive English courses
- Organizing EMI workshops and developing language learning resources
- Teaching hours per week: 14 for lecturers and 13 for assistant professors
- Completing assigned administrative tasks and holding four office hours per week (two hours for student learning consultation)

- Teacher’s certificate issued by the M.O.E., photocopies of documents, or teaching demonstration videos (links to the videos), etc. relevant to the position
