Watching TED to learn English

Learning English from TED videos, students can take online quizzes after watching the videos to earn self-learning points. The content is straightforward and designed to enhance your English skills while watching the videos!

【Course time】2024/3/11 (Mon.) ~  2024/5/17 (Fri.)

【Target Audience】NTUST students, faculty, and staff who are interested in self-learning English

Self-learning Points】Those who meet the course requirements and get 80 or above in the online test.

(1) Students can earn 1 Self-learning Points per course (Points will be consolidated and imported by the center after May 20th.).

(2) Employees and contract staff can earn 1 hour of learning time per course.

Account Application

(1) Students who are not enrolled in the Lower-Intermediate Module of Required Freshman English Courses (English Vocabulary and Reading, Oral-aural Drills in English) should apply online (Online Form: https://forms.gle/opK9f9bRYWp89C218).

(2) Students enrolled in the Lower-Intermediate Module of Required Freshman English Courses (English Vocabulary and Reading, Oral-aural Drills in English) will have their accounts set up by the Language Center. They do not need to apply separately. The login credentials are set as the student ID (in uppercase) by default.

※Please note that due to account limitations, if the Lower-Intermediate freshman English course students do not log in for more than 2 months, their accounts will be deleted. They will need to apply for an account through the Google form themselves.
